As part of our HART SMARTā¢ program, we’ve gone ahead and put together three meal options at some of the most popular fast food chains around that met the following three requirements:
- The meal had to include a main item, a side (when possible) and a beverage
- The meal couldn’t have more than 600 calories
- The meal couldn’t have more than 5 grams of saturated fat
Now we want to reiterate that the objective of the HART SMARTā¢ program is to empower you with the knowledge to make better choices when you do decide to eat out.
