2) What is HIIT HART?

Short for High Intensity Human Aerobic / Anaerobic Resistance Training, HIIT HART is a community of high performing, competitive athletes driven by our passion of fitness.

Our 30-minute full body kettlebell workouts focused on functional fitness demands of that extraordinary potential that lies within each of us.

Everyday we strive for a better version of ourselves and we use the power of technology to inspire and move the world with us!

3) How often are new workouts uploaded?

New workouts are uploaded every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday to ensure that proper rest is allowed before your next workout.

4) How long is each workout?

30 minutes.

5) How much is a monthly membership?

A monthly membership to HIIT HART is just $19.99.

6) How much should my kettlebell weigh?

We generally recommend that women use 25 pound kettlebells and that men use 35 pound kettlebells; however, we always advise that you use a weight that you feel most comfortable with and add more weight accordingly.

7) How do I cancel my membership?

We get it. HIIT HART isn’t for everyone and we wish you nothing but continued success on your fitness journey.

You can cancel your membership at any time by going to the membership tab on the my account page and follow the instructions to cancel your membership there.
